Freelancer_MILCAH is owned and managed by MILCAH V. CEBLANO, a Social Media Manager who delivers services to entrepeneurs through her cost-effective social media marketing strategies.

THE FOUNDER

Milcah V. Ceblano is full time Senior High School Teacher at Department of Education in the Philippines. With this, she acquired patience in dealing with students of different personalities and she believes that this attitude is one of her greatest asset why she entered the freelancing profession. Her inclination to Social Media was made much more productive when she entered Freelancing through digitaljobsPH, a project of Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).

She firmly believes that Success is at hand when passion and commitment is rolled into one. This was evident when she finished her masters degree ( Masters in Biology) and currently enrolled for a Doctoral degree while pursuing her passion for freelancing. She is goal-driven, passionate to her work and committed to her tasks. She makes sure to finish all tasks on time. She is a person full of humility. she can accept criticisms in order to make her work better and as much as possible perfect for your business' needs. Her Social Media Marketing  Services include: Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Graphics Design, Basic Video Editing, FB and IG Ads and Website  Creation. Currently, she is skilled with these services and will upskill in the future if ever time and opportunity allows her to do so. 

Milcah V. Ceblano is married and blessed with two little boys. She loves teaching because she is a teacher by profession. She loves travelling to different places and meeting new people. She loves reading books as well.
